GOLDWOMAN

is a Denver-based singer-songwriter. Originally from rural New Jersey, Rae Goldman (Goldwoman) grew up in an incredibly musical family, to whom she credits her keen ear, affinity for music, & tenacity.

Goldwoman charms audiences with a complex onstage allure: her infectious smile & goofy sense of humor precede sets filled with brutally honest & heartbreaking lyrics. Strong, intensely personal vocal lines partner with compositional prowess & creative production skills to result in "notably replay inducing" tracks that "captivate from start to finish" (Obscure Sound). 

A songwriter since childhood, she adopted the moniker Goldwoman in 2017 & released her first EP, Second Nature, the following year. In 2020, she independently released Backburner with longtime collaborator & friend, Strawberry Mountain, working together again later that year on several Hypnagogic Garden singles. Goldwoman’s self-produced self-titled debut LP was released June 2021 on Self Aware Records (Charlotte, NC). Her newest single, Bethesda, was released in August 2024.

Offstage, Goldwoman is a fan of airports, documentaries, Jurassic Park, & peach nectarine Red Bull.
